What time should I check in and check out?
The check-in is at 3pm and the check-out is at 11 am.

Does the hotel offer any services for those guests who want or need to stay after checking out?
Yes, our hotel has a hospitality room. It is an exclusive area for those guests who, after having checked out, want or need a shower, toilet or amenities (soap, shampoo, bath cap, towels, hair dryer) so that they can make the best of their experience and keep on making use of the facilities that this comfortable hotel offers them.

Do you provide guests with towels for the beach and the swimming pool?
Yes, all our guests can make use of the hotel towels for free. The very moment you arrive at the reception of our hotel, you will be given a card to ask for a towel. You can take it back any time at the same place and you will be given the card again. This “card” has to be given back at reception when you check out. Otherwise, you will be charged.

Do you provide beach service (umbrellas and beach chairs)?
Yes, you can ask for them at the reception. It’s 3 Brazilian reales per day.

Do you have wireless Internet access available?
Yes, wireless Internet Access is available in all the rooms and in the lounge.

Is smoking in the rooms allowed?
It is forbidden to smoke in the rooms. You can only smoke in the open air, in the private balconies.
It is also forbidden to smoke (cigarettes, cigars or pipe) in all indoor public areas of the hotel. You are only allowed to smoke in those outdoor areas which have ashtrays.

Do all the rooms have a sea view?
Yes, the whole building is located in front of the sea, with wonderful views of João Fernandes beach.

Yes, all the rooms have a safety box for no additional fee.

Sorry, pets are not allowed at our hotel.

Will I need a converter/ adaptor?
The voltage is 110 volts. However, all our rooms are provided with one 220 volt outlet placed in the bathrooms.

How can I pay for the extras?
All the extras will be billed directly to your room account and you will have to pay this when you check out.You can pay in cash (Brazilian Real or US Dollars) or by credit card.

Can I celebrate my honeymoon in the hotel?
Celebrating your honeymoon is a unique and special moment. So, let us know in advance when booking a room in our hotel.

Can I have breakfast in my room?
Of course. We offer this service, but with additional cost. You just need to ask for this service the night before.

Can I ask to have a bottle of champagne delivered to my room or give another guest a dinner as a present during his/her stay?
Yes, any requests asked to be delivered at the arrival time of another guest should be made at least 3 or 4 days in advance in our booking offices.
